Description
The management of innovation and the development of effective strategies to enhance the performance and competitiveness of organizations are achievable through the implementation of structured processes of Strategic Intelligence. This is a methodology of my own authorship that I have developed over the past 15 years of experience as a consultant and educator, yielding demonstrable results and satisfied clients.
In recent decades, the concept of strategic intelligence has begun to gain significant importance, particularly in the fields of business, entrepreneurship, management, and top-level leadership. However, it is well known that strategic intelligence has primarily been conceived in military environments, with its origins dating back to ancient times when warfare was the primary tool for problem-solving. It is from there that the creativity of leaders was challenged to create new ways to defeat the enemy. Many may wonder if the concept is rooted in warfare.
